350 sq/m building over 4 levels, comprising of Industrial floors, offices and dormitories with full shower facilities, along with a large Kitchen and dining hall.
The building sits on a 2 acre plot fully surrounded by 2 meter high brick & steel wall, with electric gates.

- 2 private offices with full Skype enabled conference facilities, telephones, fax, broadband internet.
- Full attic conversion to form 4 Dormitories each with 20 beds, along with 2 separate toilet and shower blocks.
- New kitchen with industrial cooking equipment.
- Large dining hall with seating for 50 people.
- New Theatre / Lecture / Training room for 50 people.
The new facilities are being created to suit our current Clients expectations, the building has many more areas that can be developed to suit future Clients specific needs also.
CSCS Testing in Warsaw.
Newtown Services are currently in consultation with the CITB and Thompson Prometric to use both our Training & Assessment Centre in Marki along with our City Centre Office in Warsaw, to hold official CSCS Health & Safety Tests.
This will mean that when your skilled Polish Workers arrive in the UK, they will have a pass certificate with them, making it easier to get onto Major Construction Sites.
Newtown can expand this facility by training the men on a residential 2-day course on the CSCS test by teaching them the Health & Safety questions and answers and performing mock-tests prior to the official test, increasing the chances of a pass mark being achieved.
Warsaw Office facility:
Newtown have a luxury Office Suite on the 11th floor of the WARSAW FINANCIAL CENTRE, a 40 storey tower building in the heart of Warsaw's Business Centre.
The Building sits directly across from Warsaw's most famous Landmark, the Palace of Culture & Arts and is only 200m from the Central Train Station, which can easily be reached by most Cities in Poland in under 3 hours, making us central for all Polish workers to come for training & testing.
